Delivery and Returns




Free delivery on all subscriptions

We provide free postage and packaging on all subscriptions and orders over £50.

From January 2021 we will despatch subscription orders on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Taster and gift boxes will be despatched every week.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature, however if your order is incorrect or damaged we will  provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at within 72 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement order.

Missing Items

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to minimise the risk of missing items however if you believe your delivery is missing please contact us with the details. Please allow 3 working days after your despatch date before contacting us.
